MERIT 200 특징:

(1) 일반형과 순환형 두가지 사양이 있습니다.

일반형:Suck Back Valve 내장으로 노즐 끝단의 약액을 역으로 끌어당겨 추가 약액 손실 및 약액 사고 방지 기능이 있습니다.

 

순환형: 제어 약액 중에서 고온 약액일 경우, Mixing Tank로 재보관해야 하는 system일 경우 온도 유지 목적으로 순환형을 추천합니다. 순환형은 외부에 3 Way 구조로 세팅하여 순환구조 및토출구조의 완벽 구현이 가능하여 최종 약액 정밀 제어 기능을 실현합니다.

● MERIT 120

반도체 웨이퍼 세정 장비인 배치 타입 세정 장비에서 각종 케미칼, Di-water, IPA 등 유체에 대하여 유량 계측용으로 와류유량계를많이 사용하며, SNC 와류 유량계는 사이즈가 작고, 연결이 간단하며 정확도가 높은 특징을 가지고 있습니다.

 

2023년 6월, 개발 완료된 신 제품입니다. 중국 및 대만 시장 타켓으로 개발 진행을 시작하였고, 현재 중국 업체 5곳에서 데모 진행 테스트를 진행 하고 있습니다. 그중 3곳에서 긍정적인 Feedback과 구매 의사를 밝혀오고 있습니다.

와류 유량계 원리는 아래와 같습니다. 유체가 흐르는 방향에 장애물 (압전 소자)를 설치하여 유체 흐름의 일부가 교란받아 본래 흐름과 반대되는 방향으로 소용돌이 치는 와류 현상을 이용하여 유량을 측정하는 유량계입니다.

와류 유량계 MERIT 120 특징:

1. 배관에 직접 연결 가능한 소형화 구조로 설계되여 있고 유량부 (접액부) 재질은 내화학성 New PFA소재로 구성 되었습니다.

2. 4가지 제품 형식이 있습니다. 각각 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch이며 상황에 맞는 유량계를 선택 하여 유량 계측

이 가능합니다.

3. 유량계에 FND DISPLAY가 되어 있어서, 유량값 표시가 가능합니다.

4. 출력 모드는 Analog Output와 Pulse Output 모두 가능하며, 아날로그 출력 방식으로 순시 유량값 계측이 가능하고, 펄스 출력 방식으로 순시 및 적산 유량값 계측이 가능합니다.

 

5. 각 유량 범위 내에서 Full Scale에 대한 2%의 정확도로 작동하며, 응답 속도는 약 1초입니다.

그림 2에서 SNC MERIT 120은 각 유량에서 안정적인 전류 값을 토출하고 있는 것을 볼 수 있습니다. 그림 3은 아날로그와 펄스 타입에서의 배선 방법에 대한 설명입니다.

● The MERIT 100 is used for precise measurement of the flow rate of semiconductor cleaning chemicals.

 

MERIT 100 Features:

(1) We have a product lineup that can measure various flow rates. (1/4inch, 3/8inch, 1/2inch, 3/4inch)

 

(2) The flow part of the flow meter is made of new PFA material that is resistant to strong acids, strong bases, and

oxidizing agents, so it is possible to accurately measure the flow rate of IPA and DIW as well as various chemicals.

(3) The measurement result accuracy boasts an error of less than 1%, and the high-speed response is less than 1

second.

(4) The controller of the flow part has a structure of up to 6 channels, and it is possible to connect and use 6 flow

meters at a time, so the advantage of minimizing space is also obvious.

(5) SNC Maintenance Tool, specialized software for measuring flow rate, allows monitoring of flow rate on computer, has both instantaneous flow rate and totalization function, and supports both analog and RS 485 communication methods.

The piping structure of the flow part holds a domestic patent, and through continuous technological innovation, the domestic flow meter market share has exceeded 30% and continues to grow. In the domestic ultra-fine process of 10 nano meters or less, SNC products are considered as the top-level key parts in measuring and controlling liquid chemicals.

 

 

● The MERIT 200 is capable of precise control of flow as well as measurement.

 

MERIT 200 Features:

(1) There are two specifications, standard type and circulation type. 

Standard type: With a built-in Suck Back Valve, there is a function to prevent additional chemical loss and chemical accidents by pulling the chemical liquid at the end of the nozzle in reverse.

Circulation type: In the case of high-temperature chemical liquids among control liquids, in the case of a system that needs to be re-stored in a mixing tank, the circulation type is recommended for the purpose of maintaining the temperature. The

 

circulation type can be set in a 3-way structure on the outside to perfectly implement the circulation structure and discharge structure, realizing the precise control function of the final chemical solution.

(2) It is possible to control the flow rate of various chemicals.

 

(DIW, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrogen peroxide, hydrofluoric acid, ammonia water, SC-1, IPA)

 

(3) It is possible to shield external power noise and input/output RFI/EMO according to power separation. (CE

certification) This feature is currently only available in SNC.

(4) 6-channel AMP integrated configuration has the advantage of minimizing installation space.

(5) By integrating the built-in control valve, it is superior in terms of minimizing space and reducing AS cost as well as

precise control of flow rate. (Compared to competitors, this function is currently SNC's most advanced and most mature function.)

● The MERIT 120

 

In batch-type cleaning equipment, which is a semiconductor wafer cleaning equipment, vortex flowmeters are widely used

for flow measurement for various fluids such as chemicals, di-water, and IPA. SNC vortex flowmeters are small in size,

simple to connect, and have high accuracy.

 

This is a new product that has been developed in June 2023. We started developing the product targeting the China

and Taiwan markets, and we are currently conducting demo testing at 5 Chinese companies. Three of them have been

expressing their positive feedback and intention to purchase. The principle of the vortex flow meter is as follows. It is a flow meter that measures the flow rate by installing an obstacle (piezoelectric element) in the flow direction of the fluid, and using the vortex phenomenon in which a part of the fluid flow is disturbed and swirls in the opposite direction to the original flow.

Vortex flow meter MERIT 120 features:

1. It is designed in a miniaturized structure that can be directly connected to the pipe, and the material of the flow

part (wetted part) is made of chemical-resistant New PFA material.

2. There are 4 product types. 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, and 1 inch respectively, and it is possible to measure the

flow rate by ｓelecting a flow meter suitable for the situation.

3. The FND DISPLAY is set on the flow meter, so the flow rate value can be displayed.

4. Both analog output and pulse output are available for output mode, and instantaneous flow rate measurement is possible with analog output method, and instantaneous and accumulated flow rate value measurement is possible with pulse output method.

 

5. It operates with an accuracy of 2% for full scale within each flow rate range, and the response speed is about 1 second.
